Probably the most famous Italian dessert, tiramisu consists of a firm sponge cake briefly soaked in coffee and layered with a mascarpone-based custard cream. Its sweetness is balanced by the hint of bitterness of the dark cocoa powder sprinkled on top of it in a dessert that never results heavy on the tongue and the slight alcoholic taste of Marsala Wine added to it.

Ingredients: Sponge Cake, Marsala Wine, Coffee Syrup, Dairy Cream, Sugar, Pasteurized Milk, Pasteurized Egg Yolk, Mascarpone Cheese, Corn Flour, Cocoa Powder.
