EGG BASED black pappardelle
Pappardelle, either with or without eggs, are Italian noodles that resemble flat and wide ribbons with rippled edges. They are wider than fettuccine and very absorbent and sturdy, making it ideal for thick and rich sauces.
The squid ink added to the dough gives it its distinctive black color and goes well with fish and seafood sauces.
