EGG BASEd black fettuccine
Fettuccine, literally translated as "little ribbons", are flat and thick pasta noddles very popular in Roman and Tuscan Cuisine. This versatile pasta goes very well with a large variety of sauces, from meaty ones (Bolognese Sauce) to more creamy ones (Alfredo Sauce).
The squid ink added to the dough gives it its distinctive black color and a slightly briny taste.
