EGG BASEd pink fettuccine
Fettuccine, literally translated as "little ribbons", are flat and thick pasta noddles very popular in Roman and Tuscan Cuisine. This versatile pasta goes very well with a large variety of sauces, from meaty ones (Bolognese Sauce) to more creamy ones (Alfredo Sauce).
The beetroot paste added to the dough gives it a bright pink color leaving it neutral in taste.
