Pappardelle, either with or without eggs, are Italian noodles that resemble flat and wide ribbons with rippled edges. They are wider than fettuccine and very absorbent and sturdy, making it ideal for thick and rich sauces.
The Turmeric powder acts as a natural colorant and characterizes the bright yellow color of the dough.
