spinach & ricotta
Pansotti is a traditional stuffed pasta from the Liguria region of Italy and it's usually in the shape of a "mezzaluna" (half moon). The most known pansotti are filled with finely chopped spinach and creamy ricotta cheese, and although they go well we any condiment, we recommend them with a delicate walnut sauce.
